Control Systems consists integrating all facets of the project:

• the control panels (whether provided by TURN-KEY CONTROLS or others) need to be intalled on site.
• field connections have to be made to/from these panels.
• field devices such as VFD’s, Softstarts and stand alone controllers (temperature, pressure, etc) need to configured.

We have the expertise to provide all of this. We have fully qualified journeyman electrians on staff that can take full control of the above including any required permits.

TURN-KEY CONTROLS can also install and test Industrial Networks. We have extensive knowledge and experience in Fieldbuses (Profibus, DeviceNet, Foundation Fieldbus, Modbus) as well as in Peer to Peer networks (ProfiNet, Data HiWay+, Modbus Plus, ControlNet, Modbus TCP/IP)

TURN-KEY CONTROLS can provide training on the installed PLC and industrial network. TURN-KEY CONTROLS has over 25 years experience in putting on training schools and seminars. We provide both on-site and off-site schools. The schools are tailored to fit our customer’s particular needs.
